The XV India-Russia Business Dialogue was held in Moscow

The XV India-Russia Business Dialogue organized by the Indian Business Alliance (IBA) with the support of the Business Council for Cooperation with India (BCCI) and the Roscongress Foundation was held in Moscow.
The event brought together more than 520 participants, including representatives of government agencies, business, scientific and cultural organizations.
The participants discussed a wide range of issues: expansion of bilateral trade, digitalization, application of artificial intelligence, innovations in infrastructure and transport, development of the financial sector, as well as strengthening cultural and educational ties. Special attention was paid to India's strategic role in the emerging multipolar world, overcoming existing barriers and entering new sectoral markets.
The centerpiece of the event was the plenary session on "Strengthening the Strategic Partnership between India and Russia".
Speakers included Minister of the Moscow City Government Sergey Cheremin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to the Russian Federation Vinay Kumar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to India Denis Alipov, General Director of Rossiya Segodnya Dmitry Kiselev and First Deputy Director of the Roscongress Foundation Andrey Reut.
The parties noted the success of joint events held in 2024, including Moscow's participation in major Indian technology forums (Smart Cities India Expo in New Delhi and Bengaluru Tech Summit in Bangalore), as well as a business mission to Mumbai, where a Russian-Indian Business Forum was held with the participation of more than 500 companies.
"Roscongress is a platform that represents the interests of Russian and foreign companies. We act not only as an event organizer, but also as an aggregator of business projects. In addition to major forums such as WEF and SPIEF, we hold many specialized events that allow participants to discuss industry issues in a more substantive way, " said Andrey Reut, First Deputy Director of the Roscongress Foundation.
At the specialized sessions, the experts discussed the development of transport corridors, including North-South and Chennai-Vladivostok, introduction of advanced IT solutions in city management, medicine and education, creation of conditions for joint investment projects, exchange of experience in high-tech industries (pharmaceuticals, energy, aerospace), as well as training of qualified personnel through educational exchanges and internships.
The XV India-Russia Business Dialogue demonstrated significant potential for deepening cooperation between Russia and India. The organizers intend to continue the series of similar events, contributing to the development of strategic partnership, exchange of experience and support for promising business projects.
