A resident of the Novosibirsk region sued for 500 thousand rubles because of a fall on the ice

In the Novosibirsk region, a pensioner fell on the ice and sued for it Br500 thousand. This was reported in the Telegram-channel of the regional prosecutor's office on December 12.

It is specified that the woman slipped and fell on the territory of the central district hospital GBUZ NSO "Karasukskaya CRB", as a result of which she received a fracture of the femur with displacement.

During the inspection, the Prosecutor's Office of the Karasuksky District of the Novosibirsk Region found that improper maintenance of the adjacent territory of the hospital led to the injury.

The district prosecutor appealed to the court with a claim to recover compensation for moral damage from the State Budgetary Institution "Karasuksky CRB".

"Karasuksky district court satisfied the claims of the prosecutor, recovering from GBUZ NSO "Karasukskaya CRB" in favor of the victim the costs of purchasing medicines and medical devices in the amount of 17 thousand rubles, as well as compensation for moral damage in the amount of 500 thousand rubles", - emphasized in a statement of the local Prosecutor's office.

Earlier, November 13, a teenager in the Tyumen region, who was crushed by a gate at the sports ground in a country camp, was awarded compensation for moral harm in the amount of Br100 thousand. It will be paid by the management of the children's camp.
