The head of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, has instructed to initiate criminal proceedings over the fact of beating of a schoolgirl by teenagers on a beach in Crimea. This was reported in the press service of the information center of the IC of the Russian Federation on December 12.

"Bastrykin has instructed the head of the GSU of the IC of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol Vladimir Nikolaevich Terentyev to initiate criminal proceedings," - stated in the Telegram-channel.

According to information in the media, on the beach in the town of Shelkino teenagers beat a peer and demanded to apologize. The process of schoolchildren recorded on video and posted on the Internet.

Earlier in the day in the Moscow region Kotelniki initiated a criminal case on the fact of beating by teenage girls of their peer in the school toilet. The incident occurred on December 9, the victim is currently in hospital.
