Forensic expert found traces of blood of three people on the shirt of ex-producer Shlyafman

On the shirt of ex-producer Valery Shlyafman, who is accused of murdering singer Igor Talkov, traces of blood of three people were found. This was stated by forensic expert Irina Isakova during the hearing on December 12, reported the correspondent of "Izvestia.

According to the forensic expert, traces of blood on the shirt may belong to the murdered artist Talkov. Also on the clothes, presumably, there are traces of blood of singer Aziza's guard Igor Malakhov.

In turn, the doctor of the Bureau of Forensic Examiners of St. Petersburg Vladimir Isakov said that the study of Talkov's body revealed gunshot wounds to the palm and chest, inflicted by a single bullet.

After the wounds, the specialist continued, the singer could move independently for a short time and was conscious.

Petrogradsky court began to consider the criminal case of Igor Talkov's murder on the merits on July 31, reported the city prosecutor's office. Music producer Shlyafman is charged in absentia under paragraph "e" of Article 102 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR ("Intentional murder under aggravating circumstances, committed in a manner dangerous to the lives of many people"), as well as under Article 15, paragraph "e" of Article 102 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR ("Attempted premeditated murder under aggravating circumstances, committed in a manner dangerous to the lives of many people").

The hearing took place in the absence of the injured party. Sergey Borovkov, head of the department for supervision of procedural activity in the bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation of the Prosecutor's Office of St. Petersburg, acted in the role of the state prosecutor. He supported the prosecution.

According to the indictment, on October 6, 1991 in the Palace of Sports "Yubileiny" Shlyafman, feeling dislike for the concert director of singer Aziza Igor Malakhov because of the order of performance at the concert of artists, tried to shoot him. However, Malakhov dodged the bullet and Talkov was wounded. In 1992, the accused fled to Israel.

On July 23, Petrogradsky district court of St. Petersburg held the first court hearing in the case of Talkov's murder. During the preliminary investigation, Investigative Committee officers questioned more than 50 witnesses across Russia, including entertainers, the staff of the Yubileiny Sports Palace, where Talkov was killed, and law enforcement officers who were at the scene on October 6, 1991. Genetic tests have also been conducted.
