Facades of almost 300 apartment buildings were renovated in the Moscow region

Since the beginning of 2024, the facades of 284 apartment buildings have been renovated in the Moscow region. This is reported by the online edition "Podmoskovye Segodnya" with reference to the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services.

The works were carried out within the framework of the program of capital repair of apartment buildings. Every year the repair volumes are growing. In 2025 it is planned to renew more than 600 facades.

The capital repair program has been operating in the Moscow region for 10 years. The plan has been fulfilled by more than a third. At the moment, more than 4.7 thousand facades have been put in order.

Overhaul is aimed at preserving the load-bearing capacity of house structures, improving the thermal performance and appearance of buildings. The progress of works is monitored by specialists of the State Budgetary Institution "Capital Repair Technical Supervision Department".
