In Nizhny Novgorod region a child was hit by a car while tubing

In the Nizhny Novgorod region, a seven-year-old child, riding on a tubing, got under the wheels of a car and was hospitalized. About it on Thursday, December 12, reports the press service of the regional traffic police in "VKontakte".

It is established that in the evening of December 11 in Pilninsky municipal district, the driver, moving along the road, noticed how a dog with a tubing tied to it, in which there was a seven-year-old child, runs over the roadway. The motorist attempted to brake, but the tubing got under the wheels.

As a result of the incident, the child was injured and hospitalized.

On the fact of the incident is being checked.

Earlier, on December 10, a 17-year-old girl died in the city of Krasnoyarsk, and her 20-year-old friend was hospitalized with serious injuries when their tubing flew into the oncoming lane. A criminal case was opened on the fact of violation of the rules of road traffic and operation of vehicles.
