The Russian Defense Ministry showed footage of a repair and evacuation unit working in the SSO zone

On December 12, the Russian Defense Ministry published footage of combat work of the repair and evacuation unit of the "Zapad" troop group performing the tasks of the special military operation (SMO).

"We evacuate the equipment <...> to the repair zone or pick it up <...> and bring it to the guys at the positions <...> The vehicle must always be serviced <...> I must deliver the equipment on time and not let anyone down," said a trawl driver with the call sign Beeline.

Specialists of repair and evacuation units around the clock are in constant readiness to fulfill the combat task of evacuating Russian troops' combat equipment with various malfunctions, as well as removing equipment abandoned by the enemy from the line of contact.

During the evacuation, air observation posts with radio electronic warfare (REB) and anti-rocket rifles are always put out to ensure the safety of the crew's work.

The new vehicle is already supplying Russian units in one of the directions in the NWO zone

Earlier, on December 10, it became known that in Novosibirsk developed a robotic platform "Venom-Totem", which is designed to evacuate the wounded from the battle line and bring food and ammunition to soldiers. The body of the platform is made of durable hermetically sealed metal. It can carry a load of up to 500 kg for a distance of up to 10 km. The development is capable of traveling off-road even in the cold season
