The trolleybus fleet is planned to be completely renewed in Tula

In Tula it is planned to completely renew the trolleybus fleet. The corresponding statement was made by the head of the city Ilya Bespalov on Wednesday, December 11, during the inspection of two new trolleybuses.

"The issue of updating the trolleybus fleet by participating in various federal programs, as well as through the formation of a reserve of funds in the budget of Tula is being worked on," Bespalov explained, his words are quoted by TSN24.

Received in the city two new trolleybuses will go on the line tomorrow, December 12.

Bus fleet in recent years renewed in Tula by 95%, for the streetcar fleet purchased 22 new streetcars "Lionok". Trolleybuses were last renewed 10 years ago.

The planned purchase of two new trolleybuses for Tula was reported in October. The authorities were ready to allocate up to 59.96 million rubles for the delivery of two units of public transportation.
