A measure of restraint was chosen in Krasnodar for the teenager who attacked schoolchildren with a knife

Prikubansky district court chose a measure of restraint for the schoolboy, who attacked his peers with a knife at school in Krasnodar. This was reported on December 11 by the joint press service of the courts of the Krasnodar region.

"In respect of the minor accused elected a measure of restraint in the form of prohibition of certain actions," - stated in the message.

So, the teenager is forbidden to leave the residential premises from 21:00 to 08:00, to leave the Krasnodar region, to communicate with persons under criminal proceedings, to attend school, to send and receive postal and telegraphic dispatches, to use the means of communication Internet, is in places of mass gathering of people, to visit entertainment establishments. At the first request of the investigator and the court, he is obliged to appear when summoned.

It is specified that the court considered the request of the investigation to elect a measure of restraint in the form of detention, but, having familiarized with the case files, refused. The court session was held in closed mode.

A teenager born in 2010 is under part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism committed with the use of weapons or objects used as weapons").

It became known earlier, on December 6, that the pupil attacked children in Krasnodar school. Preliminarily, one of the students loudly turned on the music with a Bluetooth speaker, and the second did not appreciate this action and began to stab him. The attacker was detained.

At the same time, December 7, it was reported that the attempt of two schoolchildren to stand up for the girl, who was offended by the attacker, could be the cause of the attack in Krasnodar school. It is noted that the girl, who could defend the victims, found abrasions and bruises.

A criminal case was opened under part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and part 1 of article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Negligence"). A pedagogical investigation will also be conducted.

On the same day it was reported that the pupils injured in the attack were discharged home and sent for outpatient treatment.
