Alexey Batrakov became the best young footballer of RPL 2024


Lokomotiv Moscow midfielder Alexei Batrakov has received the "First Five - 2024" award, becoming the best young footballer of the year in Russia. This is reported on December 11 on the website of the Children's Football League (DFL).
According to the results of the poll, 98 experts named Batrakov the best young footballer of the year. In total, he scored 518 points. The second place went to Krasnodar midfielder Danila Kozlov (237 points). Rubin's defender Ilya Rozhkov (166 points) is in third place.
In the 2024/25 season Batrakov played 17 games in the Russian league, in which he scored 10 goals and made 6 assists.
The "First Five" award was established in 2002. Last year its winner was Dynamo footballer Konstantin Tyukavin,Sport-Expressadds.
Earlier, on November 28, Dynamo won the return quarterfinal match of the Russian Premier League (RPL) Russian Cup against Lokomotiv 1-0. The match took place in Moscow at the RZhD Arena. The only goal was scored by Konstantin Tyukavin (89th minute).
The winner of the two matches was determined in a penalty shootout, as Lokomotiv defeated Dynamo 2:1 in the first game. In the penalty shootout, the Bilo-Syni team was stronger - 4:3.
