A criminal case has been opened in Moscow region over the death of an eight-year-old disabled boy from carbon monoxide poisoning. This is reported by the regional State Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia and the Prosecutor's Office on Wednesday, December 11.
The tragedy occurred the day before, December 10, in a private house in the village of Volochanovo in Shakhovskaya.
