The Russian government should once again work with the regions on the implementation of national projects by the end of the year. This was stated by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on December 11.
"Until the end of the year we need to further elaborate together with the subjects of the Russian Federation all the issues, including issues, including those related to financing. If necessary, we should do it during the New Year holidays," he said at a government meeting.
Russian Prime Minister recalled that last week Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects, where 19 national projects ready to be launched from the beginning of 2025 were presented.
"The head of state instructed for those regions, where the most difficult situation with the implementation of existing national projects, to propose solutions and adjustments to those national projects that come to replace them, and in general to carefully look at the entire line of planned indicators, so that if necessary to promptly correct them," - Mishustin pointed out.
Before that, on December 5, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the work done on national projects. He noted that the process of concluding agreements between federal and regional authorities on the implementation of the renewed national projects is currently underway. It was specified that it is planned to allocate more than Br40 trillion from federal resources to the national projects by the end of 2030.
Putin called 2025 a key year for the technological development of the Russian Federation. The President of the Russian Federation noted that the government at the meeting very substantially discussed the topic of ensuring Russia's technological leadership.
