Media reported Biden's approval of a secret memorandum on fighting Russia and China

US President Joe Biden approved a secret memorandum on national security, the subject of which is the confrontation in relations with Russia, China, Iran and North Korea. This was reported on December 11 by the Associated Press (AP) agency with reference to a source in the White House.
"President Joe Biden has approved a new national security memorandum that is intended to serve as a roadmap for the new administration of [U.S. President-elect Donald] Trump in its effort to confront the growing cooperation between China, Iran, the DPRK and Russia," the report said.
As the agency noted, the memorandum suggests a wide range of recommendations related to improving information transfer between US agencies, outlining an approach to sanctions and accelerated information sharing with allies.
Before that, on December 11, the media reported on Biden's plans to strengthen sanctions against oil exports from Russia. It is noted that the American President has long resisted this step, as there are concerns about the jump in energy prices.
