Russians told about distrust of their leaders

The issue of trust in superiors is not just a routine procedure, but a key element of corporate culture, which has a direct impact on the atmosphere in the team. This is reported in the study "Work.ru", which was read by "Izvestia" on December 12.

According to the analysts' study, 37% of employees have full trust in their direct superiors, while 42% of respondents experience fluctuations between trust and distrust, indicating the existence of uncertainty in relations with management. In addition, 21% of the survey participants explicitly express their distrust towards their supervisors.

Employees' opinions diverge when discussing factors that raise doubts about the professionalism of managers. 34% of the respondents state that their anxiety appears in the process of organizing and planning tasks. 29% of respondents indicate that their anxiety is related to decisions that affect their interests or the interests of their unit. 28% of survey participants express dissatisfaction when they notice that their supervisor's behavior does not conform to established professional norms.

In addition, 43% of those surveyed express doubt in each of the situations mentioned, underscoring a widespread crisis of confidence in management.

"The results of the survey emphasize the urgent need for better communication between management and subordinates, and for managers to be more professional. Without trust, the team will not be able to achieve high results, and this is what we should focus on in the near future," summarized Tatiana Moschagina, head of employer brand promotion and internal communications of the "Work.ru" service.
