One person was killed and one injured in a fire in Gatchina

In Gatchina (Leningrad region) in a fire in an apartment building killed a man and injured his 92-year-old neighbor. This was reported on December 11 by TV channel "78".

According to the regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire occurred at about 03:00 in the house on the street Riseva, 51. In one of the apartments burned out all the furnishings, the fire area amounted to 36 square meters. m.

After the elimination of the fire, announced at 03:40, rescuers found the body of a 59-year-old man. Also as a result, the 92-year-old neighbor of the deceased was injured, the pensioner was hospitalized with carbon monoxide poisoning.

The same morning in Syzran there was a fire in a private house in Kozhevenny lane. As a result of the accident two people died.
