Air defense forces destroyed a Ukrainian drone over the Rostov region

Air defense means in the sky above Kamensk in Rostov Region have destroyed one drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on December 11 by Yuri Slyusar, acting governor of the region.

"Air defense means worked near Kamenskoye. One UAV of the enemy was destroyed. According to operational services, there are no casualties and destruction on the ground," Slyusar wrote in Telegram-channel.

Earlier in the day, Slyusar reported that as a result of a night attack by the AFU on the city of Taganrog, an industrial enterprise was damaged and more than a dozen cars were burned. According to preliminary information, no people were injured as a result of the attack.

Also on December 11, the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, said that a fire broke out at one of the production buildings in Bryansk due to a Ukrainian drone. He specified that the region was attacked by 10 AFU drones overnight.

The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
