Two trucks fell through the ice in Transbaikalia. This was reported in the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry on December 11.

The drivers wanted to shorten their route on Lake Arakhlei. In 15 meters from the shore the trucks began to sink, the men managed to get out. EMERCOM rescuers tried to pull out the cars with the help of heavy-duty equipment, but the trucks were firmly planted in the ice hole.

"Work will continue," - said in the message of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, published in the Telegram-channel.

Earlier, on December 3, in the Irkutsk region, a passenger car fell under the ice of the Bratsk reservoir. Two people died.
