- Russian Armed Forces servicemen deliver humanitarian aid to local residents in the Kursk Region

In the border area of Kursk Region, servicemen of the separate Guards motorized rifle brigade of the "North" group of troops delivered humanitarian aid to residents of settlements in the Lgovsky district, where civilian volunteers cannot reach. This was reported in the Russian Defense Ministry on December 11.
In the Kursk region, servicemen of the motorized rifle unit from the Murmansk region provide the local population with food, hygiene products and basic necessities.
"Peaceful people are suffering <...>, and there were deaths, UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles. - Ed.) were practicing on cars with civilians. Houses are burning <...>, mostly at night. They (fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. - Ed.) do not look, it is not targeted shooting. They don't care where to hit," said a machine gunner of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with the call sign Nos.
The situation is especially difficult in remote settlements. It is to such areas that humanitarian aid from our servicemen is sent first of all.
Local residents are grateful to the Russian military for their assistance, including with the restoration of civilian infrastructure.
"Everything in the yard was in slate, the guys - well done, they took everything out. Well done guys, they do not refuse (to help. - Ed.)", - commented a resident of the Kursk region.
Earlier, on December 1, servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces delivered humanitarian aid to remote areas of the Kursk border region, as well as provided as much help as possible to civilians in domestic issues.
Ukrainian militants attacked Russian positions in the border areas of Kursk Region on August 6. The situation in the region was recognized as a federal emergency. The liquidation of the AFU units that invaded the Russian territory is underway.
The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
