Lukashevich noted the degradation of the OSCE

The degradation of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in all dimensions of security was pointed out by Russian Permanent Representative to the Organization, Alexander Lukashevich, in an interview with Izvestia.

"Indeed, the degradation in all security dimensions is taking catastrophic proportions. The organization is engaged in non-consensual developments by virtue of the will of the current chairmanships. And the main thing is the Ukrainian topic, which has not received and could not receive consensus approval, and this is the most important condition for the work of any chairmanship," Lukashevich notes.

Nevertheless, Russia is not going to leave the organization yet.
