The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked the outskirts of the town of Yenakievo in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) with long-range precision weapons and used artillery. This was reported by the head of the DNR Denis Pushilin on December 10.

"Long-range high-precision weaponry the enemy attacked the outskirts of Yenakievo, to ensure safety the city authorities announced the evacuation of civilians from the area adjacent to the site of the attack," he wrote in Telegram-channel, noting that no one was injured.

He also said that one civilian was seriously injured in the Nikitov district of Horlivka when an explosive object was dropped from a Ukrainian drone.

Earlier in the day, Pushilin said that the enemy's attempts to attack Horlivka have no military expediency, but still do not stop.

Before that, on December 8, it was reported that at least seven people were injured in the AFU attack on buses in Horlivka. Ukrainian militants dropped an explosive object from a UAV on a bus, resulting in civilian casualties. It was noted that the bus driver took the injured to hospital.

Ukrainian militants have been shelling the territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics, as well as Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions on a daily basis amid the special operation to protect Donbas, the start of which was announced by Russia on February 24, 2022.
