According to the channel, the wind will increase before dawn, and critical conditions may continue until December 11.

Due to the threat to fire safety, a red level warning has been introduced in some areas. Fire departments are battling the blaze and authorities have announced evacuations for at least 18,000 people and 8,100 homes.

In higher educational institutions of the region canceled classes, and the beaches of Malibu remained without people, the publication added.
