About 1 thousand emergency houses will be resettled in Krasnoyarsk Krai by 2030

In the Krasnoyarsk region in 2025-2030 it is planned to resettle about 1 thousand houses recognized as emergency. This is reported by the regional Ministry of Construction and Housing in its Telegram-channel on Tuesday, December 10.

From 2025 in the region will start a new stage of implementation of the program of resettlement of emergency housing stock, which included houses recognized as emergency from 2017 to 2022. This stage is expected to be completed by 2030 and will cover 52 municipalities.

"The resettlement program is divided into six-year phases so that it is possible to fix the achieved results and set new goals," explained Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing Maxim Govorushkin.

In 2025-2030 in the region it is planned to resettle 377 thousand square meters of emergency premises - this is about 1 thousand houses. More than 20 thousand people live in them now, writes IA KrasnoyarskMedia.

In the previous stage, which began in 2019, 16 thousand people in 51 municipalities were resettled in Krasnoyarsk Krai under the profile program. Until the end of 2024, another 2 thousand people will be resettled.

At the end of September, the Ministry of Construction presented new approaches to the resettlement of emergency housing. According to the prepared draft law, it is envisaged that the owner will be able to receive monetary compensation for the withdrawn housing, calculated on the basis of the market value of the land plot minus the cost of demolition or reconstruction. In November, Duma deputies proposed to revise it or leave the existing legal norms unchanged.
