FAW introduced two new models in Russia


Chinese concern FAW has presented in Russia an updated Bestune B70 liftback and Bestune T90 crossover, which will become the new flagship of the brand on the market. This is reported by the correspondent of "Izvestia" from the press conference in Moscow. The price of B70 liftback will be from 2.5 million to 3.25 million rubles. T90 will cost 2.78-3.72 million rubles.
The engine lineup of the crossover T90 includes a 1.5-liter unit (160 hp) in conjunction with a 7-speed robot and a two-liter engine (245 hp) with an 8-band automatic Aisin. In the first case, acceleration to "hundred" takes 9.3 seconds, in the second - 7.5 seconds.
The starting configuration of the T90 includes 18-inch disks, LED optics, keyless entry system and engine start button, panoramic roof, dual-zone climate control, heated front seats and steering wheel, audio system with six speakers, 12.6-inch display multimedia system, 8-inch dashboard and other options, including a system of circular vision and various assistants.
The restyled Bestune B70 will be available in three configurations and with two powertrains - a 160-horsepower 1.5 turbo engine with a seven-speed "robot" and a two-liter 217-horsepower turbo engine paired with a six-speed Aisin automatic transmission. The interior of the liftback is equipped with a new multimedia system with a 12.3-inch screen, expanded set of options The model has a revised design of bumpers and optics.
Earlier in the day Chery announced that the new seven-seat flagship crossover Chery Tiggo 9 will be offered in Russia in two configurations, sales will start on December 17. The base configuration will include 19-inch wheels, full LED optics, support for VK services and a package of telematics functions, rearview camera combined with front and rear parking sensors, panoramic vision system, front and side airbags, security curtains and a full "winter" package.
