Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting of the Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights (HRC) on Tuesday, December 10, that the Russian authorities fulfill all social obligations despite the difficulties.
"I would like to emphasize: despite the well-known external constraints, despite the difficulties we are facing, our country is fulfilling all social obligations," he said.
In addition, the head of state noted the HRC's contribution to the work on assisting the participants of the special military operation (SMO) and their families.
Putin emphasized the importance of work to document violations of the rights of civilians by the Kiev regime and its war crimes, as well as to inform the international community about it.
The President noted that the council members help residents of the territories under fire and do a lot to provide the military on the front lines. According to him, it is planned to allocate a quarter of the entire budget expenditures for these purposes for the next three years.
