A 17-year-old girl died in the city of Krasnoyarsk, and her 20-year-old friend was hospitalized with serious injuries when their tubing flew into the oncoming lane. This was reported by the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Krasnoyarsk region in its Telegram-channel on December 10.

On Monday, December 9, two young girls were riding a tubing, which was tied to a car. A 27-year-old man was driving the foreign car. While driving, the tubing flew out towards a passing car.

"It was established that the car "Toyota" was moving without violations of traffic rules at a speed of less than 40 km / h, which is lower than allowed on this site and is confirmed by the seized record of the video recorder. The drivers were checked on the spot, they were not found to be intoxicated," the Interior Ministry said.

A criminal case was initiated on the fact of violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles.

The driver, to whose car the tubing was tied, was detained.

Earlier, in the spring of this year, it became known that in the village of Zalari in the Irkutsk region, a six-year-old child died under the wheels of a car, going down a hill on a tubing. As the examination procedure showed, the driver had traces of alcohol in his blood. It is noted that he has already been held criminally liable for drunk driving.
