Russian air defence systems have destroyed two more drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the Black Sea. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry on December 10.

"From 13.10 to 13.20 Moscow time, an attempt by the Kiev regime to commit a terrorist attack with the use of aircraft-type UAVs on objects on the territory of the Russian Federation was foiled," the ministry said.

Earlier in the day, the Defense Ministry reported the destruction of three Ukrainian drones over the Black Sea. The attack was foiled from 10:40 to 11:10 Moscow time.

On the same day, the governor of the Saratov region reported about the suppression of the attack of AFU drones on a military airfield in the region. According to preliminary information, there is no destruction and no casualties.

The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
