The Victory Museum announced a call for applications for the V International Right Film Festival

On December 6, the Victory Museum started accepting applications for the V International Festival of Right Cinema. The film forum will be held from April 30 to May 10 in Moscow and the regions. The main venue will be the Victory Museum on Poklonnaya Hill, but also screenings will be held in regional museums, cultural institutions, schools and all-Russian children's centers. The film forum is traditionally timed to coincide with the May 9 celebrations.

"In the year of the 80th anniversary of the Victory, the festival will be a bright event that will attract the attention of connoisseurs of good cinema. The purpose of the film forum is to promote traditional values, ideas of humanism and mercy, preservation of continuity of generations, attracting the audience to family films, popularization of the national cinematography", - noted in the Victory Museum.

You can leave an application for participation on the page until January 31, 2025. Films from both Russian regions and from near and far abroad can be applied for participation in the competition program. Applications are accepted in the following categories: feature-length fiction films, documentaries, animated and short films, as well as special reports. All entries must comply with the festival regulations.

The winning films will be widely distributed in many regions of the country and abroad.

The Festival of Right Cinema has been organized by the Victory Museum since 2022. In 2024 by the decision of the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation the festival was granted an international status.
