"Island of Dreams" presents a new live attraction, "The Other Side of the Circus: An Immersive Show"

The opening of the new location will take place on Friday, December 13. Visitors will have a walk through the backstage of the old circus. The huge two-story attraction was prepared for opening for more than a year. Each of the 19 rooms of the attraction is made in the style of the circus of XIX-XX centuries, filled with artifacts and secrets of its terribly funny characters.

The entrance of the attraction in the form of a huge clown's head is already waiting for the first visitors. Full immersion into another world that can amaze even the most intrepid guests, hundreds of unique sets, crazy artists of the old circus troupe, ready to present their best numbers. The new show began with dramatic stories that happened in the lives of the heroes of the circus family Crikk. Manic desire to preserve their youth, heartless betrayal, gruesome experiments and Dr. Krikk's futile attempts to bring his brother back to life are only small fragments of the story that the show's creators are ready to tell.

In the attraction "The Other Side of the Circus: An Immersive Show" guests will witness the live action and become an integral part of it. All the stories of the characters are intertwined by a single storyline shrouded in mystery.

"The main feature of the new attraction is attention to detail. Every square meter of the location is filled with action and meaning. We have thought of everything down to the smallest detail: from the texture of the walls to the color of the baseboards, not to mention the design of large objects inside the space. For example, in one of the locations the audience will see a theater box that looks exactly as if it was installed at the end of the last century. At the same time we managed to integrate modern light and sound solutions and to provide for all the technical aspects necessary to ensure the safety of visitors. All this subconsciously forms a unified perception of the viewer, creating a complete picture," says Dmitry Ragozin , Director of the Show Department.

The thematization of the site, the script, incredible special effects along with the excellent performance of actors will please even sophisticated viewers. In the work of the attraction "On the other side of the circus: immersive show" involved more than 40 professional theater artists who have passed a complex creative selection and many rehearsals.

"The question we answer in this show is: what is stronger to heal hearts and souls - science or art? Everyone will formulate the answer for themselves after going through the backstage of the old circus. We did not try to fill the immersive performance with elements of horror in the usual sense. The key here is to create an atmosphere of horror not through physical impact, but through the play of characters. Emotional swings are one of the main tasks: in different rooms the audience will experience different emotions - from fun to creepiness. But even in the funniest moments, one is not left with the feeling that something is wrong, that there is something more behind the character. This philosophical subtext makes the viewer not just watch, but truly "immerse" in the experiences of the characters of the new show," - adds Dmitry Ragozin.

In honor of the opening of the show from December 13 to January 7 on weekends in front of the entrance to the attraction will perform strolling circus performers. To visit will require an additional ticket.
