Developers from Novosibirsk have created a robotic platform called Venom-Totem designed to evacuate the wounded from the line of contact and deliver supplies and ammunition to servicemen. This was reported on December 10 in the press service of the all-Russian public movement "Popular Front".

The platform with a durable and sealed metal body can carry 300-500 kg of cargo. It is capable of moving off-road even in the fall and winter, moving away from the operator at a distance of up to 10 km. Among other tasks, it is envisaged to be used for mines or mine clearance.

The creation of this platform was supported by the "Kulibin Club", which is engaged in the structure of the "People's Front" to support the inventions of domestic engineers.

According to the developer of the platform "Venom-Totem" Vasily, joint tests with the "Kulibin Club" proved its effectiveness. In the near future, the first 50 units will be handed over to the Russian military on the front line to fulfill the tasks of special operations.

Earlier, on December 2, Andrei Bezrukov, head of the Center for Unmanned Systems and Technologies, said that Russia has developed and is testing a reconnaissance and strike complex with detection, laser guidance and defeat systems. All three components were created by different teams and integrated into a single solution.
