The court rejected the claim of the State Budgetary Institution "Housing" to the Muscovite who walked goats in Butovo

Zyuzinsky district court of Moscow dismissed the claim of the State Budgetary Institution "Zhilishchnik" to a resident of Butovo district, who was walking a herd of goats in the neighborhood. This was reported on December 10 by the correspondent of "Izvestia".

The plaintiff claimed that the animals partially damaged 146 bushes. He also demanded compensation for the damage.

In October, the court temporarily banned the man from walking goats after considering a lawsuit by the Committee of Veterinary Affairs of the capital, which was filed in connection with violations of veterinary legislation by the Muscovite. The complaint was also related to numerous complaints from residents of the neighborhood about goats grazing without the owner's control.

The fact that Butovo goats cause inconvenience to local residents was reported earlier. So, in August 2023 animals broke into the children's speech therapy center in Butovo.

In addition, as the media reported, goats jumped on cars parked under a tree to reach the leaves and eat them. The cars were left with deep scratches from their hooves.
