Earlier, on December 5, it was reported that the artist was hospitalized with a concussion due to the fact that he fell in the stairwell. It was specified that he was in a state of average severity.

Shcherbakov is 74 years old. He is known for his paintings "With loved ones do not part", "Guest from the future", "The bridegroom from Miami", TV series "March of Turetsky" and "Soldiers".
