Chairman of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia Alexander Bastrykin has ordered to submit a report on the progress of the investigation into the criminal case of torturing a boy in a school in Buryatia.

On the eve, December 9, the media reported that a fight between pupils took place in one of the schools of the republic. One of the minors lost consciousness as a result. Also in the published materials noted that this is not the first case of violence on the part of students towards the victim.

"The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia will be presented a report on the progress of the investigation of the criminal case of torture in the Republic of Buryatia", - said in the message of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Telegram-channel.

Bastrykin instructed to submit a report on the progress of the investigation to Yevgeny Lagatsky, acting head of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the republic.

Earlier, on November 21, a minor commuter in Tyumen beat up a teenager at a school in the city as a result of a conflict. A criminal case under Part 1 Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism") was initiated on the fact of violence against the child by the investigative bodies of the regional investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia then instructed the head of the regional department of the agency to report on the results of the investigation of the case, to establish the causes and conditions of the incident.
