The suspect in the murder of the head of UnitedHealthcare has been indicted

The Manhattan District Attorney's Office has filed charges against the previously detained 26-year-old Luigi Nicolas Mangione, who is suspected in the murder of Brian Thompson, head of a major insurance company UnitedHealthcare. This was reported by the Associated Press (AP) on December 10.

According to the latest information from U.S. law enforcement agencies, Mangione was charged with the murder, which occurred late in the evening of December 9. He was extradited to New York from Pennsylvania, where he was also charged with possessing an unregistered firearm, forging documents and providing them to police officers.
