Babushkinsky district court of Moscow has suspended the work of one of the restaurants "Moremania" for 60 days due to violations of sanitary norms. This was reported on December 9 by the press service of the capital's courts of general jurisdiction.

Shop-cafe "Moremania" was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under article 6.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the organization of catering of the population").

The protocol establishes that during an unscheduled field inspection of Rospotrebnadzor for the city of Moscow, violations of the requirements of sanitary legislation were revealed in the institution.

"The court imposed an administrative penalty in the form of administrative suspension of activities for a period of 60 days", - stated in the message published in the Telegram-channel.

Earlier, on December 6, in connection with the revealed violations Rospotrebnadzor sealed two cafes "Moremania" in the capital, as well as seized from the establishments culinary products. It was specified that the establishments violated the temperature regime of product storage, the ingredients in the production facilities were not labeled, in the refrigerator they found masago caviar with signs of rotting. In addition, the sequence of technological processes was not ensured.
