Artificial bumps have been repaired on regional roads in five urban districts of the Moscow region. This is reported by the press service of the Moscow Region Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure on Monday, December 9.

The work was carried out by specialists of "Mosavtodor", reports 360.ru.

"Rubber-cord and asphalt concrete bumps were repaired on Zheleznodorozhnaya Street in the village of Zhavoronki in Odintsovo district, on Mayakovsky Street in the Firsanovka microdistrict in Khimki, on Fabrichnaya Street in the Pirogovsky microdistrict in Mytishchi, Novouglichskoye highway in Sergiev Posad and on Pobeda Street in Dedovsk," Radio 1 quoted the report as saying.

On November 27, road services of the Moscow region equipped 125 artificial bumps on regional roads of the Moscow region within the framework of the national project "Safe quality roads", reports the agency of city news " Moscow".

Artificial bumps are installed in order for drivers to reduce speed near socially important objects, as well as in potentially dangerous places where speed violations often occur, such as at unregulated intersections.

November 27, it was reported that in Moscow region road services since the beginning of November repaired about 8.9 thousand pavement defects.

Specialists "Mosavtodor" eliminated on regional highways about 4 thousand potholes. The rest of the defects were repaired on municipal roads.
