Moscow Arbitration Court rejects singer Bianca's lawsuit against the record label

The Arbitration Court of Moscow has rejected the claim of singer Bianca, whose real name is Tatyana Lipnitskaya, against the Russian record label Koala Music LLC. Izvestia has familiarized itself with the relevant decision.
The singer claimed that the company did not comply with the list of conditions and payment of compensation. She demanded the termination of the contract and compensation for losses.
Bianchi has the opportunity to appeal within a month after the court decision.
Earlier, in February, the singer told Izvestia that she plans to go to court because the label did not pay her money.
On October 10, blogger Elena Blinovskaya, who is in pre-trial detention, filed a lawsuit with the Moscow City Court against LLC "Beget" to protect the exclusive rights to her online courses. The statement of claim was received on October 2. It concerns the online marathons posted on the blogger's website, which, according to Blinovskaya, the company illegally continues to sell on the Internet.
