Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik successfully underwent gastric surgery

President of the Republika Srpska, part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milorad Dodik has been successfully operated on in Belgrade. This was reported by the ATV television channel on Monday, December 9.

Dodik underwent hours-long surgery on his esophagus and stomach. It was carried out in a clinic specializing in stomach diseases. After the procedure, he was placed in the intensive care unit.

"On the state of health of the President of Republika Srpska the public will be informed in a timely manner," - said in the press service of the presidential administration.

On the eve it became known that Dodik was hospitalized in Belgrade. It was specified that in the morning he underwent an examination, after which he was taken to the hospital for surgery.
