Employees of the IT sector, engineers and construction workers are expected to see their salaries rise 5-10 times higher than inflation. Igor Balynin, associate professor at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, said this on Monday, December 9.

"The growth of salaries at rates above inflation in 2025 will be for workers in the IT sector, engineers and construction workers. I believe that the income of most of them will grow by 20-50%," the expert said in a conversation with aif.ru.

According to the economist, the large differentiation is due to the fact that labor remuneration in these areas is very variable depending on skills and qualifications.
