In Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, a six-year-old child fell from the roof of the school. This was reported on December 9 in the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Kamchatka region.

According to the prosecutor's office, the boy together with his classmates after lessons in the after-school group climbed on the roof of the school and fell. The agency specified that the incident occurred due to the teacher's neglect of the children.

On the same day, the parents together with the child went to the medical center, where the boy's head wound was sewn up and diagnosed a fracture of the radial bone.

A criminal case on administrative offense under part 2 of article 5.57 of the CAO RF ("Violation of the rights and freedoms of students") was initiated against the head of the institution, for which a fine of 50 thousand rubles is provided.

"The court, having studied the inspection materials submitted by the Prosecutor's office, agreed with the arguments presented and recovered in favor of the victim 180 thousand rubles", - stated in the message of the department in Telegram-channel.

Earlier, on December 6, in Kurgan, a five-year-old girl fell out of the window of the second floor of the kindergarten in the Zaozerny neighborhood. On the fact of the incident will check compliance with legislation on the safety of children in the children's organization.
