In Moscow, 14 more children's and adult polyclinics have opened after repair. Thus, the second stage of the program of reconstruction of the outpatient fund is executed in the capital by 40%, said the mayor of the city Sergey Sobyanin on December 9.

"In total, 257 buildings of polyclinics have already been reconstructed according to the new Moscow standard. We plan to finish the remaining ones by the end of 2025," - indicated the capital mayor in his Telegram-channel.

He added that not only medical institutions, but also territories near polyclinics are being improved. Thus, more than 65 hectares will be put in order. The spaces will be decorated in a uniform style: lanterns, navigation will be installed, trees and shrubs will be planted. Where the area allows it, playgrounds and recreation areas will be arranged.

Before that, in October, Sobyanin informed that in 2025 expenses for development of public health services in the capital will be increased by 8%. For these purposes 1.1 trillion rubles will be allocated from the budget, taking into account the MHI. According to him, by the end of 2028 in the city it is supposed to finish the formation of a new framework of outpatient and inpatient medical care. In particular, the mayor noted, the construction of new hospitals will begin as part of the Research Institute of Emergency Care named after Sklifosovsky and the Demikhov State Clinical Hospital. In total for three years, from 2025 to 2027, in Moscow will be built 31 objects of public health care, he pointed out.
