About 10 people hospitalized after bus accident in Japan

About 10 people were hospitalized after an accident with a bus in the Japanese prefecture of Okayama. This was reported by Kyodo agency on December 9.

"A tour bus carrying more than 40 people overturned in an accident in the city of Maniwa, Okayama Prefecture. About 10 people were taken to the hospital," the report said.

It is specified that the condition of the victims is assessed as light. The publication notes that the highway on which the bus was traveling, passes in a snowy mountainous area. The driver could not cope with the control because of the icy road.

Earlier, on December 7, the media reported that in Turkey more than 30 people were injured in a road accident involving 23 cars. The incident occurred around 09:00 Moscow time. It is noted that the cause of the accident was fog and ice. The injured were taken to the state hospital.
