Kuzbass Prosecutor's Office named a possible cause of the fire in the Alardinskaya mine

Seismic event was the cause of fire in the mine "Alardinskaya" in Kuzbass. About it on December 9 reported in the regional Prosecutor's office.

"It has been preliminarily established that on December 9 at night at the mine "Alardinskaya" seismic event was recorded, which provoked a fire in the cutkovo part of the face," - stated in the message in the Telegram-channel.

In the prosecutor's office indicated that on the fact of the incident was organized inspection, its execution is entrusted to the Kemerovo inter-district prosecutor's office to supervise the enforcement of laws in the coal mining industry. Also, a headquarters for the elimination of the fire was established, which is developing a set of measures to extinguish the resulting fire.

The fire in the mine in Kuzbass became known on December 8. As reported in the GU of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Kemerovo region, six departments of mine rescuers are working at the site, the workers were brought to the surface.

Later it specified that a total of 120 people were evacuated from the mine, and two miners were examined by medics, there is no threat to life and health. It also indicated that the fire occurred at a depth of 450 meters.
