The musical "The Last Tale" sold 100 thousand tickets.

Even before the premiere, the musical "The Last Fairy Tale" set a new record for the theater Moscow. Producer Dmitry Bogachev, who introduced Russian viewers to "The Phantom of the Opera", "Beauty and the Beast", "Mamma Mia!", "Chess" and a dozen other world musicals, told Izvestia.
"By the date of the first public performance on December 8, almost 100 thousand tickets will be sold, which has not happened with any Russian theater production in history, including the legendary "Phantom of the Opera" and the record-breaking musical "Fear Nothing, I'm With You" (watched by 1.2 million viewers in two years). We expected high demand, but we did not realize that December and January tickets for "The Last Fairy Tale" would become such a popular and desirable New Year's gift. Already now, in the first days of December, we had to put on sale the performances of February and March. And this is with daily full houses eight times a week in the hall with 1800 seats", - admitted Dmitry Bogachev.
The project was realized together with the co-producer of MTS Live and Yandex Afisha. According to the creators, the record budget of the production is twice as much as the production budgets of the company's two previous productions "Chess" and "Fear Nothing, I'm With You".
"This is our third joint project, let's not hide - we were counting after five years of tight partnership on a good sales start. We truly believe in the musical genre and know how much Russian audiences have come to love it. The Broadway Moscow team has traveled a long and thorny road in the development of the genre, and now we have the unique opportunity to work on the scale of productions, investments, colorfulness and amazing technologies. We are proud to talk about this production and the director and production team," MTS Live general producer Yanina Tataritskaya told Izvestia.
