Russia has been conducting a special military operation to protect civilians in Donbas since February 24, 2022. According to the Defense Ministry, during the day units of the "North" group of troops in the Kharkiv direction defeated the formations of the Terodoro Defense Brigade and the border detachment of the Ukrainian Border Guard Service in the areas of several settlements.

The units of the "West" group of forces occupied more favorable lines and repulsed 11 counterattacks by assault groups of AFU units. The losses of the enemy amounted to over 460 servicemen, as well as equipment and transport.

Thanks to the actions of the Southern group of troops, the enemy lost up to 225 servicemen. The units of the Center group of troops continued advancing deep into the enemy's defense and killed over 500 Ukrainian servicemen.

In addition, the settlement of Blagodatnoye in the DNR was liberated during the day.

Arkhangelsk region supplied 3.3 thousand drones to the NWO zone

Putin at a meeting with the head of the region discussed the development of the subject, doubling of diamond mining and emergency housing

"Operational-tactical aviation, strike drones, missile troops and artillery of groups of troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation hit the infrastructure of military airfields, energy facilities that support the work of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine, as well as accumulations of enemy manpower and military equipment in 139 areas", - specified in the Defense Ministry.

Air defense means shot down 12 shells of the Vampire system and 88 drones.

In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 649 planes, 283 helicopters, 37468 drones, 586 anti-aircraft missile systems, 19705 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1500 combat vehicles of multiple rocket launchers, 19220 field artillery and mortars, 29096 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed.
