Emergencies Ministry warned of heavy snowfall and ice in Moscow until the end of the weekend

Heavy snowfall in Moscow will not stop until the end of the weekend. This was informed by the main department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the capital in Telegram-channel on December 8.

"In the period from 10 o'clock with preservation to the end of the day on December 8, snow, freezing rain is expected in places in the city of Moscow. In some areas the deposition of wet snow, icy roads," - warned in the department.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations also noted that residents of the capital should park in safe places, avoid billboards on the streets, do not leave children unattended and be careful when driving.
