In Orenburg, a group of armed men beat up a man

Chairman of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin instructed to report on the circumstances of the attack on a man by a group of armed men in Orenburg. This was reported in the press service of the agency on December 8.
"In social media posted an appeal to the Chairman of the IC of Russia A.I. Bastrykin, in which it is reported that in Orenburg a man was beaten by a group of armed men. According to him, this happened because he had earlier sprayed pepper spray on the dog that attacked him, and the dog's owner decided to take revenge," the message in the Telegram channel reads.
It is noted that the man expressed disagreement with the course and results of the investigation. Now the criminal case is under consideration in court. The head of the IC instructed the head of the investigative Department for the region Vyacheslav Zuderman to provide a report on the situation.
In October, Bastrykin instructed to initiate criminal proceedings on the fact of beating a man in Volgograd by a group of teenagers. According to the IC, the social media reported that three teenagers beat up a man in Volgograd and then took away his cell phone. The victim required medical assistance.
