In order to avoid emotional burnout caused by problems at work, it is necessary to recognize it in time, avoid negative consequences and restore balance. This was reported on December 8 by Natalia Rogova, co-founder of insight career coaching service.

She said that the state of emotional burnout is caused by the process of human exhaustion at the emotional and physical level, which has an accumulative effect.

"Emotionally, such a state manifests itself in the fact that work ceases to bring pleasure. A person sees no meaning in his tasks and increasingly thinks about rest. Together with these thoughts, people often continue to mentally "stay at work" even on weekends," - quotes "Gazeta.ru" words Rogova.

The first sign that a person has burnout is absent-mindedness. Inability to concentrate on work tasks and "obsessive thinking about them". Also a sign can be physical fatigue, which is felt even after rest and poor sleep.

In addition, burnout can be indicated by loss or complete lack of motivation, when work begins to seem routine and ceases to bring pleasure and joyful emotions.

The extreme stage of emotional burnout is the desire to "just disappear". The expert stated that it is highly undesirable to bring oneself to this point. If a person feels burnout, he should seek special help.

Earlier, on November 9, educational psychologist, expert of "Uchi.ru" Gulfiya Kasimova said that many parents experience emotional burnout in response to stress and fatigue due to multiple responsibilities for the upbringing of their children and lack of rest.
