In Nizhny Novgorod region, a teenager broke the nose of an English teacher

A 9th grade student of the MOU "Koverninskaya secondary school № 1" in the Nizhny Novgorod region broke the nose of the English teacher. This was reported on December 7 in the regional Gostrudinspektatsiya.

"On December 5, 2024 at 14:40 during an English lesson, a student of the 9th "B" class hit a 38-year-old teacher of MOU "Koverninskaya secondary school № 1". The reason for the conflict was not specified by the employer. The injured employee was taken to a medical facility, where he was diagnosed with a closed craniocerebral injury in the form of concussion of the brain and a closed fracture of the bones of the nose", - stated in the message in the Telegram-channel.

It is specified that the injury received by the teacher was qualified as severe. Circumstances and causes are being clarified by Gostrudinspektatsiya.

Earlier, on November 26, the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia in Bashkortostan reported that two criminal cases were opened after a mass brawl in a school in Ufa. It involved pupils of 10th and 11th grades. The scuffle was stopped by the school staff, but after the incident several teenagers needed medical assistance.
