A fire broke out in a shopping center in the northeast of Moscow, the Russian Emergencies Ministry said on December 7.
"A room on the first floor of a two-story building is on fire on Dezhneva Proezd," the agency's Telegram channel said.
Before the fire, there was an explosion in the store, a clap was heard, a source told Izvestia. According to his data, there is heavy smoke in the store, people began to evacuate to the street.
The source also specified that the explosion injured two people, presumably one of them - a salesman. They are being examined by medics who arrived at the scene.
EMERCOM of Russia informed that the fire was localized on the area of 5 square meters. m. Open burning has already been eliminated.
On the eve of the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia reported a large fire in a bath complex in the Samara region. The fire covered 800 square meters at the facility with outbuildings in the village of Primorsky.
