Investigators request arrest for Krasnodar school student who attacked peers

The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Krasnodar region will ask for the arrest of the teenager, who stabbed in a school in Krasnodar. This was reported in the Telegram-channel of the department on December 7.

It is specified that the investigators questioned the suspect.

"The investigation intends to petition the court to elect a measure of restraint in the form of detention in respect of the figure," - said in the message of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Krasnodar region.

The agency added that will be organized to check the work of the security of the educational institution.

It became known earlier, on December 6, that the pupil attacked children in the Krasnodar school. Preliminary, one of the students loudly turned on the music with a Bluetooth speaker, and the second did not appreciate this action and began to stab him. The attacker was detained.

At the same time, December 7, it was reported that the attempt of two schoolchildren to stand up for the girl, who was offended by the attacker, could be the cause of the attack in Krasnodar school. It is noted that the girl, who could defend the victims, found abrasions and bruises.

A criminal case was opened under part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism") and part 1 of article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Negligence"). A pedagogical investigation will also be conducted.

On the same day it was reported that the pupils injured in the attack were discharged home and sent for outpatient treatment.
